Parsun O-ring f8xf1. 9

This 8x1.9 mm O-ring is used on Parsun F40 outboard motor assemblies where a small circular seal is needed around crankcase or electrical-system connections.

As with other service seals in the manual, it is best replaced whenever that joint is opened so the assembly can be sealed again without fuel or oil seepage.
